1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BizRocket ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. BizRocket is operated by BizRocket Technologies Pvt. Ltd., India.

2. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old to use BizRocket.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

BizRocket offers paid subscription plans (Starter at ₹2,499/month, Growth at ₹4,999/month). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The BizRocket platform, including its AI-generated content templates, UI, and branding, is owned by BizRocket Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Content you create using the Service (ad copy, landing pages) belongs to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

BizRocket is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific marketing results or ad performance. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 30 days.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
